Time per exersice is pre-set for three minutes, but you can choose if you like to change the length
Sessions are available too, most often 15-30 minutes long in original

Self test, to get nore personal adjusted advice and tips with a yoga & ayurveda outlook
Calender, where you can add your sessions, exercises and recepits with reminders
Log the feeling you have before and after a session, exercise or meal, and write your personal comments
